Our permanent living community currently has over 300 residents who live in the gated, clean, and safe community. This is a perfect place to settle down at an affordable price! We provide a wide array of options for your RV, park model, mobile home or barndominium home. Our permanent living community is a ground lease with you owning your own architecturally designed steel cover and your own living accommodations.
